Please take notice that Marie Davidsohn, Chairman of Aiken County First Steps to School Readiness Partnership, a South Carolina Nonprofit Corporation (the “Corporation”), hereby calls a special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation to be held virtually on February 6, 2025, at 12:30pm for the purpose of considering and voting upon the amendments to the Bylaws of the Corporation, and conducting such other business as may come before the meeting.
